Description

The temperature sensor of type K with dual scales for use in industrial or food service applications. With an accuracy of + or -0.9 degrees F, it measures temperatures between-100 and +500 degrees F (-73 and +260 degrees C) (0.5 degrees C) The 1mm tip on the 3.5" long probe reduces impact. For storage, a reinforced cable is wrapped around the sensor unit. For protection against submersion in water up to 1 m, Ingress Protection is certified IPX7. Product Dimensions (cm): 22.86 x 11.18 x 5.84   A 1mm reduced tip probe and a stronger cable are features of the Cooper-Atkins 35140 AquaTuff Wrap&Stow dual-scale digital type-K thermocouple temperature sensor, which monitors temperatures from-100 to +500 degrees F (-73 to +260 degrees C). The precision of this system is +/- 0.9 degrees F. (0.5 degrees C). It includes a 3.5" probe with a 1mm tip for less impact and a 0.5" high LCD screen that shows temperature measurements. To preserve battery life, the device automatically shuts off after 10 minutes of inactivity and runs on two AAA batteries. The sensor unit is wrapped in the strengthened cable of the probe for storage. It has IPX7 certification from Ingress Protection for protection against submersion in water up to 1m. This temperature sensor is intended for use in commercial or institutional kitchens.
