Do I need a membership?
No. Anyone can buy at wholesale case prices — there is no membership fee and no application needed to shop.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimums. Every listing is one full case, and you can buy a single case or a full pallet.
Can I buy tax-exempt?
Yes. Resellers and qualifying nonprofits can buy tax-exempt with a valid resale or exemption certificate. Submit it on our Business Accounts page and we'll set up tax-exempt checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your order's weight and temperature zone. Dry-goods orders over $599 ship free to the contiguous US, and shipping per case drops when you buy 2+ cases.
How do refrigerated and frozen items ship?
Cold items ship Monday–Wednesday by 2-day service in insulated packaging with ice packs or dry ice. A cold-chain fee is added to the shipping rate, and cold items don't count toward free shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide from Texas. International orders ship Delivered Duty Unpaid — import duties and taxes are paid to the carrier on delivery.
What is your return policy?
If an item arrives damaged or wrong, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace or refund it. Food and opened cases can't be returned for change of mind.
Can I order by the pallet or LTL freight?
Yes. Request a quote with the items and quantities and we'll price pallet and LTL freight delivery, including liftgate service if you need it.
