To create lean ground or sliced beef, hog, turkey, or other meat into fresh handmade JERKY, three packs of seasoning and three boxes of cure are provided. Simply combine the spice and cure packets with lean ground beef to use, or use the spice and cure in place of water to make sliced jerky. To produce sticks or slices for a delicious snack, use a jerky gun, a Nesco dehydrator, or a regular oven.
