- Freight forwarders are not accepting any return pick-ups due to COVID operations.

- Lower capacity and higher demand have resulted in large backorders pushing delivery dates further.

- Grocery, Bedroom and any related items are ineligible for return under any circumstance due to COVID-19.

Returns:
We have a 30-day money-back guarantee on all sales except large items like mattresses. As long as the item can be repackaged how it came, we will accept it.

***Pillows, mattresses, comforters, and any bedroom items are non-returnable due to COVID-19.

Grocery store items including any edible products and or consumed by a living being are not eligible for return under any circumstance any longer. ***

Returns on all items that were as described may result in a 20% restocking fee may apply.

In the rare circumstance that an item is delivered damaged/defective please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will return and replace the product for you. In case a replacement cannot be sent, a full refund will be provided upon return. 

There are no returns on mattresses as they cannot be repackaged once opened.

All international order returns are subject to up to 25% restocking fees. Return shipping will have to be paid by the buyer as well.
