In case, you feel an item is used or has any issue. Please contact us, and we will replace it right away.

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

We are constantly implementing new strategies and procedures to process your order in real-time. We process most orders within 3-5 business days.

We try to keep our price as low as possible for you to shop with confidence. To keep competitive pricing, we have to separate our product pricing from the shipping charges. Therefore, all shipping costs are charged separately and paid by the customers. We work with various carriers to find you the most optimum price point on shipping as well. 

- Although we try to be as flexible as possible, we cannot guarantee cancellations 90 minutes after order has been placed.

- Order modifications are not guaranteed but we will try to our best to make changes for you if the order has not yet been processed.

- We ship to HI, AK, PR and any US outlying states. In case an order cannot be shipped due to its size, location or any other reason, we will inform you right away.

*Any freight deliveries outside of 50 miles of a metropolitan center, may result in a longer delivery time than promised due to freight company policy for remote area delivery.
