Trouble Shooting Steps: Verify batteries are installed in unit Verify batteries contain a charge (they are working) Verify the SD Card is properly installed in the unit Verify the SD card is not in the 'locked' position Verify the SD card is not faulty/corrupt The camera should auto focus.
