Track your order
Orders leave our Sugar Land, Texas warehouse in 1–3 business days. Here's how to follow yours.
1. Check your shipping email
When your order ships, we email a tracking number and carrier link to the address used at checkout. Check your spam folder for a message from AERii Home.
2. Sign in to your account
Your order history, status and tracking links are in My account. If you checked out as a guest, use the "View order" link in your confirmation email.
3. Pallet & freight orders
Freight carriers call to schedule delivery. Have a liftgate ready if you don't have a dock, and inspect pallets before signing the bill of lading.
