Final shipping cost is always calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Handling time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT on a business day ship within 1–2 business days from our Texas warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are quoted separately at checkout because of carrier surcharges. We do not currently ship internationally.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your label is created. You can also view order status any time in your account.
Lost or damaged shipments
If a package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will replace or refund the order. See our returns & refund policy.
