Returns & Refund Policy

30-day return window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Case-pack items must be returned as a complete, unopened case.

How to start a return

1. Email support@aeriihome.com or call 1-800-958-3633 with your order number.
2. We reply within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
3. Ship the item back with the RMA number written on the outside of the box.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return; your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to post the credit. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error.

Return shipping costs

For damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, AERii pays return shipping and sends a prepaid label. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping; no restocking fee is charged on standard catalog items.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If an item arrives damaged or wrong, send us a photo of the product and the shipping carton within 48 hours of delivery — email support@aeriihome.com or call 1-800-958-3633. We will replace the item or refund it in full — your choice.

Non-returnable items

• Food and beverage products — we cannot accept returns on food, and opened cases cannot be returned for change of mind
• Opened food, beverage, and consumable grocery items
• Opened personal-care, cosmetic, and hygiene products
• Hazardous materials and aerosols that cannot be legally returned by mail
• Clearance and final-sale items, when marked as such on the product page
• Custom-sourced or special-order products

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they ship. Once a tracking number is issued, please use the return process above.
