AERii, operated by US AERII INC, started in 2012 as a small family retail operation in Texas. Over the years it has grown into a high-volume fulfillment business serving households, online sellers, offices, and facilities nationwide — but it is still owned and run by the same family.
What we do
We stock and ship everyday products: pantry and grocery, beverages, household and janitorial supplies, health and personal care, beauty, kitchen and dinnerware, office supplies, automotive, and industrial goods. Retail customers order online and receive tracked shipments from our Texas warehouse. Business customers get wholesale pricing tiers, brown-box dropshipping, and custom sourcing for products we don't yet carry.
How we operate
Every order is picked and packed at our own facility in Sugar Land, Texas. We publish our shipping rates, handling times, and 30-day return policy up front, and we honor them. If something arrives damaged or wrong, we replace it or refund it — your choice.
The same people who pack your first order answer the phone when you call. No call centers, no outsourced support.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT on a business day leave our Sugar Land warehouse within 1–2 business days.
